Welcome to Art Tales! Below is our shipping policy to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our valued customers.

Shipping Partners: All domestic orders within India are shipped using reputed courier services such as DTDC, Trackon, Delhivery, Ekart Shipping, Amazon Shipping, and similar trusted partners.
Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you via email and order page. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment in real time.
Processing Time:
- Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, the processing time may vary.
- Most products are ready for dispatch within 5-6 days.
- In rare cases, the processing time may extend to 12-15 days.
Delivery Time: The estimated shipping time for domestic orders is a maximum of 7 days. However, please note that delivery times depend on third-party courier services and are beyond our control.

Shipping Partners: International orders are shipped using India Post or equivalent international courier services to ensure reliable delivery.
Order Tracking: Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch of your order, allowing you to monitor the shipment status.
Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time for international orders is up to 15 days. Please be aware that delays may occur due to customs processing or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your purchase.
Customs and Duties:
- For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
Delivery Address:
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.
- Art Tales will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Delays Beyond Our Control: While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier service delays may impact the delivery timeline.
Undeliverable Packages:
- If a package is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts), the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
